Non-Refundable: All payments made for conference registration are final and non-refundable.
One-Time Payment: The payment you make is a one-time contribution towards conference expenses, which secures your registration for the event.
No Refunds for Cancellations: As the payment covers organizational and operational costs, we are unable to accommodate any refund requests for cancellations or changes to your registration.
No Exceptions: This policy applies to all attendees, and we cannot make exceptions for any reason, including personal circumstances or emergencies.

Please note the following regarding our shipping and delivery policy:

No Physical Shipping: There are no physical items being shipped in connection with your registration or participation in the conference.
No Tracking Information: As no physical goods are shipped, no tracking information will be provided.
Digital Materials: Any materials, such as event agendas or presentations, will be provided digitally via email or through our online platform.
